Returns are subject to restocking fee, 15% of merchandise total.
Customer may refuse shipment to avoid return shipping charges.
Refunds will be credited for the merchandise total, minus restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please return items in original packaging.

We will issue a UPS or FEDEX call tag for return shipping. Please place item in original packaging if possible.
You will be credited the full invoice total, merchandise (plus tax if applicable) and shipping charges, once returned items have been inspected.
Replacement items must be billed on a separate invoice. You may order a replacement immediately or wait until full refund for the damaged/defective item has been credited. To prevent duplicated shipments, we do not automatically ship replacement items.
Our anchors are very durable. While rare, damage due to shipping may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.
